Food Trader Information
There
will be three food trading areas at our festival:
- Main
Arena area
- Market Lane area
- Trader area
- Camping Area (tbd)
We will not select and locate similar food traders in the same areas on the festival grounds.
The total number of mobile unit food concessions will be no more than eleven (11), and the acceptance of more than one unit by an individual concessionaire will be considered at the time of booking.
There is a fee for the electric, but generators may
have to be supplied if there is an electric power shortage on the grounds.
We are proud to advertise our event as being the most authentic medieval Festival of its kind in the country, and our visitors have high expectations. In order not to disappoint and to add to the fun, we request that everyone participating is dress in medieval style, and we encourage all points of sale to adopt a medieval theme. We will offer ideas and suggestions to help you achieve suitable attire!
Free on-site camping is available.
Food Traders must be open from at least 5pm - 9pm Friday; 10am until
9pm Saturday & Sunday; 10am - 7pm Monday (Additional hours to be
discussed)
